On September 28, 2023, the Yutang Shangfu project, undertaken by Shenzhen Construction Investment and Construction Industry Group, achieved a breakthrough and the main structure of the project was successfully topped out!

On the morning of that day, the main structure of the Yutang Shangfu project held a topping out ceremony. Li Peng, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Property Group, Zhou Jinkai, General Manager of Shenzhen Huangcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., Wang Fuyuan, Minister of Engineering Management Department of Shenzhen Property Group and General Manager of Shenzhen Property Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., Guo Meijiao, Minister of Cost Contract Department of Shenzhen Property Group, Fei Jian, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Huangcheng Real Estate Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Guangming Wuhe Company, Wang Chao, Financial Director of Tianjian Group, Luo Cheng, Executive Director of Tianjian Construction Engineering, and Liang Zhifeng, Deputy General Manager, attended the ceremony.


The attending leaders held a golden shovel and jointly completed the pouring of the last bucket of concrete for the main structure.
