Project Overview: Project Name: Chongyi County Shidihe Rural Revitalization and Rural Tourism Industry Enhancement Project Phase I Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction General Contracting+Operation (EPC+O), Main Construction Scale and Content: The project covers an area of about 118 acres and mainly includes a rural homestay industry college, a tourist service center, a starry sky caf é, a Tangquan homestay and tent hotel, an ecological parking lot, a starry sky grassland and an unpowered children's playground, a self-service firewood stove, an ecological vegetable garden, a cute pet playground, a 5-person football field, etc. Engineering investment: The total investment of this project is about 45.7053 million yuan, and the construction and installation cost is about 44.2271 million yuan. Total construction and operation period: 120 calendar days; 10 years (calculated from the date of project completion and acceptance).

After winning the bid for the project on November 22, 2022, the company organized a strong team to start the construction of the project. Currently, the project is in the stage of completion and acceptance, and homestays, hotels, amusement parks, etc. are all undergoing trial operation and will soon be fully opened. The completion of this project has enriched the local tourism industry, integrated and optimized various local resources, improved rural tourism infrastructure and public service facilities, and laid a solid foundation for the development of rural tourism.

Through the construction of the Shidihe Rural Revitalization and Rural Tourism Enhancement Project, the improvement of rural living environment has been accelerated, the "beauty" of rural areas has been enhanced, rural tourism has been popularized, surrounding villages have been revitalized, and the entire area has been developed into a distinctive tourist attraction, making rural tourism a new hotspot and engine for driving economic growth, increasing people's income, and promoting rural revitalization.
