The project is located in the Minle urban area, belonging to the second-level alluvial terrace geomorphic unit of the Hongfeng River. The site along the park is characterized by a northwest-low-southeast-high topography, with the terrain being generally flat. The ground elevation ranges from 2238.4 to 2422.8 meters, with a relative elevation difference of 4.40 meters. The project cost is approximately 30 million yuan.
The overall terrain of the project is flat, and the transportation is convenient. There are two squares located north and south of the project, and the internal road network connecting the squares is designed reasonably and distributed evenly, simple and smooth, meeting the requirements for personnel evacuation. The surrounding roads mainly include the North Ring Road, Century Avenue, Xinmin Road, and Unity Alley, with convenient traffic, meeting the requirements for firefighting and vehicle evacuation.
