This project is located in the urban area of Minle, and belongs to the second level accumulation terrace landform unit of Hongshui River. The terrain along the park is low in the northwest and high in the southeast, with a generally flat terrain. The ground elevation ranges from 2238.4 to 2242.8 meters, with a relative height difference of 4.40 meters. The project cost is about 30 million yuan.
The overall terrain of the project is flat and the transportation is convenient. A square will be set up in the north and south of this project, and the park roads connecting the squares will be reasonably distributed, evenly arranged, simple and smooth, meeting the requirements for personnel evacuation. The surrounding roads are mainly North Ring Road, Century Avenue, Xinmin Road, and Tuanjie Lane, with convenient transportation and meeting the requirements of fire fighting sites and vehicle evacuation.
