This project is located in Lianhua County Industrial Park, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, with a daily processing capacity of 10000m3/day. The service area covers Lianhua Industrial Park, with a service area of 8 square kilometers, and is a key livelihood project of Lianhua. The project aims to improve the sewage treatment capacity of industrial parks by introducing advanced sewage treatment technologies and equipment, ensuring compliant discharge, improving regional water environment, and promoting green and sustainable development of the park.
technological process
Pre treatment: Sewage is treated through a grid and sedimentation tank to remove large suspended particles and gravel.
Primary treatment: using a primary sedimentation tank to further remove suspended solids and reduce the solid content in wastewater.
Secondary treatment: Using biological treatment processes such as activated sludge or biofilm to remove organic pollutants from wastewater.
Deep processing: Through processes such as coagulation sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection, fine suspended solids and pathogenic microorganisms in wastewater are further removed to ensure that the effluent quality meets standards.
Sludge treatment: After concentration and dehydration, sludge is safely disposed of or utilized as a resource.
The project started construction in 2015 and was completed and officially put into operation in 2017. During the construction process, strict adherence to relevant national environmental regulations and standards is required to ensure the quality and safety of the project. The project has provided a solid water environment guarantee for the sustainable development of Lianhua County Industrial Park.
