Team building activities
The company organizes two team building activities for all employees every year, and the department organizes one team building activity every quarter. There are various forms of team building activities, such as rafting, outdoor barbecue, fruit picking in the orchard, birthday parties, etc. During each activity, everyone can feel the company's deep care while relaxing their body and mind.
Annual meeting
Every year, we have a tradition of taking family photos at the end of the year, having dinner with parents, wives, and children, giving red envelopes on the first day of work, setting off firecrackers, and exchanging New Year greetings with each other. Although there are personnel changes in the family portrait every year, with family members joining and friends leaving, no matter where you are, whenever you think of it, it is full of memories that warm the way forward.
Outdoor activities
Tianjing Outdoor Club was established in August 2010, led by Wang Pingyong, Chairman of Tianjing Group. The original intention of establishing an outdoor club originated from Wang Pingyong's love for outdoor sports, and also to make the team more cohesive. Therefore, various team building activities of the company must include outdoor hiking. So far, the Tianjing Outdoor Mountaineering Club has organized various activities more than ten times, during which members have left and new members have joined. However, the spirit of outdoor sports has always been maintained and passed down from generation to generation.
